Delicate and floral on the nose: white flowers, ripe apricot and peach, with a subtle mineral undertone from the chalk subsoil.
In the mouth
Round and generous on the palate, yet refreshing and lively. The acidity is well-integrated, giving the wine lift and length without sharpness. A balanced, food-friendly sparkling wine.
