- A complex aromatic profile combining ripe stone fruit, delicate florals and subtle herbaceous notes. The nose reveals quince paste, hawthorn blossom and vervain with mineral undertones.
- A wine of considerable substance yet refined elegance. The clay-rich terroir imparts textural density and grip, whilst the old vines (80+ years) contribute depth and restraint. Concentration and freshness in perfect balance.

Golden yellow, brilliant and clear. Fine clarity with gentle luminosity.
On the nose
Rich and layered. Quince paste and hawthorn blossom lead, with white flowers and a whisper of vervain. Mineral precision throughout.
In the mouth
Full-bodied yet poised. The clay terroir contributes notable structure and texture. Ripe stone fruit flavours are tempered by lively acidity and a saline finish. A wine of considerable completeness.
The Clos du Moulin bridges the tension of L'Insolite and the rocky minerality of Clos Romans. Eighty-year-old vines bestow wisdom and complexity. This is complete, vibrant Chenin of rare elegance—a gastronomic wine still undervalued. Pair with anchoïade, sea bream tartare, Thai prawn salad or poached chicken.

Domaine des Roches Neuves is a wine estate in the Saumur-Champigny appellation (Loire Valley), run by Thierry Germain. Around 28 hectares farmed biodynamically. Main grapes: Cabernet Franc (reds) and Chenin Blanc (whites). Limestone tuffeau soils. Cuvées: Terres Chaudes, Marginale, Franc de Pied. Wines of great precision and fine depth.
