A champagne of contemporary character and refinement

  • The house's signature cuvée, Mosaique represents Jacquart's philosophy of balance and accessibility. A wine equally at home during intimate aperitifs or formal celebrations, it embodies the versatility expected of a great non-vintage brut.
  • Crafted for moments both modest and momentous, this champagne brings people together with its approachable elegance. Whether a quiet evening or a significant occasion, Mosaique adapts gracefully to the occasion.
  • The inclusion of 25 to 35 per cent reserve wines lends complexity and depth. This élevage practice ensures consistency across vintages whilst allowing the wine to develop secondary characteristics alongside its primary fruit expression.

Product features : Champagne Jacquart Brut Mosaique - Demi Bouteille — Champagne

In the mouth
Creamy and generous on the palate, with good acidity providing structure and freshness. White fruit flavours persist, finishing with bright citrus zest that cleanses and invites another sip.
On the nose
Fresh and refined, opening with white stone fruits—pear and peach—alongside notes of fresh apricot and delicate white and rose flowers. As it develops, subtle aromas of dried fruits emerge, adding dimension to the bouquet.
On the eye
Brilliant golden robe with persistent fine bubbles
M. Francois
Mosaique performs particularly well as an aperitif wine, especially alongside lighter fare such as tempura or delicate seafood preparations. Its acidity and creamy texture make it an excellent companion to Japanese-inspired cuisine, where its brightness cuts through richness whilst its fruit character complements subtle, refined flavours.
