Breeding
In stainless steel for freshness
On the eye
Brilliant ruby with a pale, translucent rim
On the nose
Red cherry and wild strawberry lead, with subtle floral notes—violet and white pepper—that develop with gentle aeration
In the mouth
Refreshing and light-bodied, with a delicate structure. The palate shows cherry fruit and a mineral finish, held in perfect equilibrium by crisp acidity
M. Francois
An unpretentious wine of genuine charm. Drink it with the everyday pleasures it was made for: simple country cooking, charcuterie, or simply amongst good company. Serve slightly chilled. A reminder that not every fine wine demands ceremony.
