Franche, souple et acidulée. Matière délicate mais qui gagne progressivement en volume et en ampleur grâce à l'apport du Sémillon et à la fermentation malolactique
Alors que la plupart des rosés de Provence misent uniquement sur la vivacité technologique, la cuvée Pointe du Diable Rosé se distingue par la touche singulière de Sémillon (cépage blanc traditionnel du domaine) assemblé au duo Grenache/Cinsault. Le sol sableux et la proximité immédiate de la mer confèrent à ce vin une buvabilité remarquable, loin de toute lourdeur. C'est un rosé de plaisir et de table, magnifique avec un carpaccio de red mullet, une salade de crevettes à la citronnelle ou de la cuisine méditerranéenne grillée.

CHÂTEAU MALHERBE
Set across 25 hectares of south-facing coastal slopes at Bormes-les-Mimosas, Château Malherbe produces red, white and rosé wines under the Côtes de Provence appellation. Originally a farm attached to the Fort de Brégançon, the estate was acquired by Louis Ferrari in 1935 and has been guided since 2007 by Sébastien Ferrari, who steered it towards Demeter-certified biodynamic viticulture — deepened in 2020 by the arrival of Burgundian winemaker Philippe Pacalet. At Halles Quercamps, we selected this estate for the rigour of its biodynamic conversion, the diversity of its soils — silver schist, red clay, sandy alluvium and quartz — and the aromatic precision this mosaic of terroirs yields. A Provence address well worth the attention of discerning amateurs.
