Product features : Domaine Mardon - Hélène Mardon "Quincy" 2025

Breeding
Brief ageing on fine lees in stainless steel vats
On the eye
Pale yellow with white-gold reflections
On the nose
Expressive bouquet with white floral notes and considerable roundness. The aromatic profile is refined and inviting, characteristic of well-made Sauvignon Blanc from this region.
In the mouth
Well-balanced between freshness and roundness, with attractive fruit character. The finish is notably long, with subtle citrus notes that linger pleasantly on the palate.
M. Francois
An excellent companion to shellfish and seafood preparations. The wine's natural acidity and mineral undertones complement oysters, mussels, and white fish particularly well. Also pairs thoughtfully with goat's cheese and lighter poultry dishes. Serve chilled to appreciate its full character.

DOMAINE MARDON

Based in Quincy in the Cher, Domaine Mardon tends 16 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc on the ancient sandy-gravelly alluvial soils typical of the Berry, within one of the Loire's most quietly demanding appellations. Founded around 1870 by Edme Houssier, the estate has passed through five generations of the same family: Hélène Mardon took the helm in 2003 alongside Luc Tabordet, and the entire vineyard is now farmed organically. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the rigour of its viticulture, the honesty of its whites, and a family continuity that spans more than 150 years of Quincy history. A reliable reference for those seeking Quincy in its most authentic expression.
