- Sémillon provides richness and unctuousness whilst Sauvignon Blanc contributes freshness and acidity, balancing the wine's natural sweetness. This harmonious blend yields a Sauternes that is both generous and refined, with notable liveliness.

CHATEAU HAUT-BERGERON
At Preignac, in the heart of the Sauternes appellation, Château Haut-Bergeron covers 37 hectares of clay-gravel and clay-limestone soils, farmed organically. Founded in 1756 and in the Lamothe family since 1820, this is a château shaped by nine generations of dedication to the great sweet wines of Bordeaux — a commitment reflected in 118 medals, 68 of them gold, awarded since 1964. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this château for the consistency of its quality over time, the integrity of its organic approach, and the typicity of its Sauternes, which balance concentration with genuine freshness. A dependable reference for lovers of fine Bordeaux liquoreux.

Le Château Haut-Bergeron, situé au cœur de l'appellation Sauternes, propose un blanc moelleux de grande finesse. Cet assemblage de Sémillon et Sauvignon Blanc révèle une belle richesse onctueuse tempérée par une acidité vivifiante.
