Breeding
Partially aged in oak barrels for nine to ten months, imparting structure whilst preserving the wine's freshness and fruit purity.

Maison M. Chapoutier is a wine estate and merchant founded in 1808 in Tain-l'Hermitage (Drôme), Rhône Valley. Run by Michel Chapoutier since 1990. Over 350 hectares farmed biodynamically (Demeter certified). Appellations: Hermitage, Côte-Rôtie, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Saint-Joseph, Crozes-Hermitage. Main grapes: Syrah, Marsanne, Grenache, Roussanne.
