Complex bouquet revealing ripe dark fruits, subtle vanilla notes and gentle spice. The aromatics develop with air, suggesting careful élevage and maturity.

Powerful and structured on the palate, with good weight and definition. The tannins are well-integrated, supporting the fruit with elegance rather than dominance.
M. Francois
A wine of considerable merit with game birds such as duck and pigeon, where its structure and spice complement the richness of the meat. Also rewarding with aged cheeses and Mediterranean cuisine. Approachable now, with potential for further development over five to seven years.
