Bright and luminous appearance
On the nose
Delicate floral and stone fruit aromas with subtle herbaceous notes characteristic of the Viognier variety. The bouquet is refined and restrained, revealing layers with patient examination.
In the mouth
The palate displays a pleasing freshness with fine acidity that provides structure and definition. The wine is elegant rather than weighty, with a mineral quality that extends through to a clean, lingering finish.
M. Francois
This wine performs admirably as an aperitif or with lighter courses. It pairs particularly well with white fish, scallops and crustaceans. The mineral character and moderate alcohol make it suitable for leisurely drinking throughout a meal. Consider it also with Mediterranean vegetable preparations and lighter poultry dishes.
