Breeding
Aged in stainless steel to preserve aromatic purity and fruit freshness, without oak influence, allowing the Viognier to express its floral and fruity character.

On the nose
Expressive bouquet of white stone fruits—pear and peach—with white flowers, delicate citrus notes and a whisper of honey. The aromatics are fresh and inviting without heaviness.
In the mouth
Round and fruited on the palate with excellent freshness balancing the wine's natural richness. Flavours of peach, apricot, pear and white flowers (acacia, hawthorn) develop. The finish is clean and lightly mineral, with a citrus lift that brings vivacity and elegance.

Grapes: Syrah (reds), Viognier (whites). Cuvées: Côte-Rôtie Côte Rozier, Côte-Rôtie Les Rochains. Wines of great depth, typical of the Côte-Rôtie. Manual harvesting.
