On the eye
Pale yellow with subtle greenish glints.
On the nose
The bouquet moves between delicate floral notes and gentle spice, with underlying mineral character. An inviting, complex aromatic profile that unfolds gradually in the glass.
In the mouth
The palate achieves an accomplished balance between opulence and tension. Ripe fruit flavours are held in check by crisp acidity, creating a wine of both substance and elegance. The finish is clean and persistent.
This wine shows its best alongside shellfish and grilled fish preparations. The mineral undertones and acidity make it particularly suited to oysters, whilst the aromatic complexity complements more delicate white fish dishes. Serve at 10–12°C to appreciate its full character.

Château Tour des Gendres is a wine estate in the Bergerac appellation (South-West France). Run by the de Conti family (Luc de Conti). Around 55 hectares farmed organically. Grapes: Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle (whites), Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec (reds). Pioneer of organic viticulture in the Bergerac region. One of the flagship South-West estates.
