11 months in large oak vats on lees with regular stirring
A versatile accompaniment to creamed fish preparations, roasted poultry, and dishes enriched with truffles or oriental spicing. Also pairs thoughtfully with goat's cheese and blue-veined varieties. The wine's structure and aromatic profile make it equally at home as an aperitif wine.

Château Tour des Gendres is a wine estate in the Bergerac appellation (South-West France). Run by the de Conti family (Luc de Conti). Around 55 hectares farmed organically. Grapes: Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle (whites), Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec (reds). Pioneer of organic viticulture in the Bergerac region. One of the flagship South-West estates.
