Breeding
Separate vinification of each variety according to differing ripeness periods. Skin contact maceration. Pressing. Gravity-fed juice recovery. Settling. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation.

Pale gold with excellent clarity and luminosity.
On the nose
A refined bouquet of citrus fruit and white flowers, with subtle mineral undertones characteristic of the appellation.
In the mouth
Elegant and fresh on the palate, with good substance and a clean, lingering finish. The acidity is well-balanced, providing excellent food compatibility.

Les Vignerons de Tavel & Lirac is a cooperative winery in the southern Rhône Valley. Appellations: Tavel (rosé only), Lirac (red, rosé, white) and Côtes du Rhône. Grapes: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Clairette. Tavel is the only Rhône appellation exclusively dedicated to rosé. Terroir wines, generous and aromatic. Available at Les Halles de Quercamps.
