In the mouth
Deep and well-structured with admirable restraint. Crisp acidity provides backbone, whilst the palate reveals white fruit, mineral notes and a refined, lingering finish
On the nose
Delicate floral notes with white stone fruit aromas—white peach and pear—complemented by subtle brioche undertones from extended élevage
On the eye
Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles

This Blanc de Blancs proves particularly compelling as an apéritif, where its elegance and freshness shine brightest. The wine's mineral character and bright acidity make it an excellent aperitif choice, especially when shared in intimate conversation. Its complexity rewards contemplation, yet remains approachable and refined.
