Breeding

Une partie des vins est vinifiée sous bois (foudres d'eaux-de-vie et fûts) pour apporter du relief et de la patine sans maderiser le vin. Maturation sur lies pendant 3 à 4 ans minimum en caves fraîches.

On the eye
Pale gold
On the nose
Floral notes with white stone fruit aromas. The bouquet develops with subtle complexity, revealing hints of brioche and hazelnut on extended aeration.
In the mouth
Profound and well-structured, with controlled power and excellent freshness. The acidity provides definition and length, whilst the mousse remains elegant throughout the palate.
M. Francois
A sophisticated aperitif Champagne, equally at home as an accompaniment to seafood or lighter poultry dishes. The vintage character and Grand Cru pedigree make it a thoughtful choice for those who appreciate the finer points of Champagne production. Particularly suited to moments of quiet celebration between those of refined taste.

CHAMPAGNE A.R. LENOBLE

Established in Damery, Marne, since 1920, Champagne A.R. Lenoble tends 18 hectares across the chalk soils of the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne. Founded by Armand-Raphaël Graser, the House remained in family hands for over a century before the Belgian Frère-Gallienne family — co-owners of Cheval Blanc — became majority shareholders in 2023. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this House for the coherence of its vineyard holdings across Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites, its HVE certification, and the precision of its Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier blends. A human-scale Champagne House, now backed by one of the most discerning families in fine wine.
