Brilliant pale yellow
On the nose
Intense white floral notes with bright citrus character. The aromatics reveal layers of orchard fruit and subtle herbaceous minerality typical of the appellation.
In the mouth
Lively and engaging on the palate with a savoury, mineral-driven attack. The mid-palate displays good balance and energy, whilst the finish shows pleasing length and persistence.
An excellent accompaniment to fish tartare, pike in beurre blanc, roasted langoustines, sole meunière, wild mushroom omelette, and Chavignol goat's cheese. The wine's mineral structure and acidity make it particularly versatile with lighter seafood and vegetable-based dishes.
