Breeding
100% aged in oak barrels of which 15% new, then for 3 months in stainless steel vat
On the eye
Bright pale yellow with green tinges. Clear, luminous appearance with fine brilliance.
On the nose
Intense bouquet of white orchard fruits with spiced notes—star anise and mint—complemented by a delicate vanilla undertone. Aromatic complexity unfolds gradually.
In the mouth
Structured and generous on the palate with a full, well-developed mid-palate. Good weight and balance, with mineral underpinning that speaks to the terroir.
M. Francois
A versatile food wine of considerable merit. Pairs admirably with poached or sauced fish dishes, and equally suited to lighter preparations such as salads featuring tart red fruits. The wine's acidity and mineral character make it an excellent aperitif choice.
