On the eye
Une robe rouge pourpre intense, presque noire, avec des reflets violets très marqués
On the nose
Un nez explosif de petits fruits noirs mûrs (mûre sauvage, cassis) et de cerise burlat. Une signature méditerranéenne forte avec des notes de garrigue (thym, romarin) et de poivre noir.
In the mouth
Attaque franche et charnue. Une bouche pleine et veloutée. Les tanins, bien que présents, sont déjà très soyeux. La finale est longue sur le fruit et les épices douces
