CAVE DE L'ORMARINE
Based in Pinet, Hérault, Cave de l'Ormarine unites 650 cooperative growers across 3,880 hectares in Languedoc-Roussillon, making it the leading force behind AOP Picpoul de Pinet. Founded in 1922 and marking its centenary in 2022 through a merger with five neighbouring cooperatives, the estate works Jurassic clay-limestone and red sandstone soils under the maritime influence of the Étang de Thau, producing reds, whites, and rosés certified both organic and Terra Vitis. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the rigour of its environmental approach, the typicity of its Mediterranean grape varieties, and the consistent quality across its entire range. A genuine Languedoc anchor — a cooperative that has grown in scale without losing its sense of place.
