Organic excellence from the Camargue sands

  • This 2025 rosé reflects the domaine's commitment to quality and environmental stewardship. Produced under organic certification, each glass reveals the winemaking expertise of the Sable de Camargue terroir, delivering a genuinely satisfying drinking experience.
  • The wine captures the essence of southern France—Mediterranean warmth tempered by sea-fresh minerality. Organic viticulture here is not merely fashionable; it reflects a genuine philosophy of responsible land stewardship whilst maintaining the richness and character the region is known for.
  • This rosé invites you to experience the sun-drenched vineyards of the Camargue. Delicate in its aromatic profile yet confident in its structure, it suits apéritifs, grilled fish, barbecue and summer salads with equal ease, or simply enjoyed on its own.

Nicolas françois, propriétaire passionné des halles de quercamps

CHATEAU PUECH-HAUT

Set on the argilo-calcaire slopes and rolled-pebble soils of Saint-Drézéry, north-east of Montpellier, Château Puech-Haut farms 150 hectares in organic conversion within the Languedoc appellation. Founded in 1980 by Gérard Bru on what was once dense garrigue and olive groves, the estate has steadily established itself as one of the region's most consistent addresses, blending Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre for its reds, and Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier for its whites. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the coherence of its range, the precision of its assemblages, and the fresh momentum brought since 2024 by incoming managing director Arnaud Demongeot. A reliable, characterful choice for those who want the Languedoc at its most complete.
