CHATEAU PUECH-HAUT
Vous l'aurez deviné, le bélier est l'animal totem de ce domaine. Cet emblême provient d'une pierre ornementale d'une chapelle du XIIème trouvée lors des travaux entrepris au Château. Niché entre les rivages de la Méditerranée et les contreforts des Cévennes, le domaine Puech Haut s'étend sur plus de cent cinquante hectares. Le château y fut construit sur de solides fondations : un climat idéal, des hommes passionnés et une terre couverte de galets roulés. À travers le vin, ce sont aussi des personnalités et la richesse d'un terroir entier qui s'expriment et se partagent. Ainsi les vins du château Puech-Haut sont tous chargés d'histoire et dotés d'une identité singulière au fort caractère.
