Deep purple robe with violet highlights
On the nose
Intense and expressive bouquet of ripe dark fruits, with spice notes of pepper and liquorice, alongside garrigue character—thyme and rosemary—typical of the appellation.
In the mouth
Ample yet vibrant on the palate, with silky, well-integrated tannins. Dark fruit flavours of blackberry and blackcurrant are complemented by black pepper and garrigue notes. The finish is fresh, sustained and balanced, with subtle mineral undertones characteristic of the terroir.
