On the eye
Golden robe with pale green glints, suggesting youth and freshness.
On the nose
The bouquet combines white florals—hawthorn and honeysuckle—with citrus fruit: green lemon and grapefruit. A mineral note of flint adds complexity and definition.
In the mouth
The palate is well-balanced and harmonious, underpinned by good acidity that carries the wine with precision and length. Clean, refreshing finish.
M. Francois
A versatile aperitif wine that pairs beautifully with asparagus, terrines, and shellfish. The mineral backbone makes it particularly suited to river fish and crustaceans. Serve chilled as an expression of Chitry's classic white Burgundy character.
