On the eye
Deep purple robe with youthful intensity
On the nose
Aromas of fresh cassis and blackberry, with subtle floral notes. The bouquet is clean and inviting, reflecting the organic farming practices.
In the mouth
Crisp and lively on the palate, with good acidity and fine tannins. The wine drinks easily without sacrificing structure, finishing with persistent fruit character.
M. Francois
A well-made expression of Beaujolais-Village that demonstrates how organic viticulture can enhance rather than compromise quality. The old vines provide welcome substance. Drink with charcuterie, light poultry dishes, or simply as an aperitif. Approachable now, will develop gracefully over the next two to three years.

EMMANUEL FELLOT

Established on the steep slopes of Rivolet in the Rhône, Domaine Emmanuel Fellot covers 20 hectares of certified organic vines within the Beaujolais appellation, planted on granite and clay-limestone soils between Rivolet and the Brouilly hill. Founded in 1829 and taken over in 1990 by Emmanuel Fellot — son of Michel, grandson of Ludovic — the estate is today run alongside Nadège Fellot, carrying a rigorous, land-rooted approach into its fourth generation. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the consistency of its organic commitment, the precision of its Gamay on granitic terroirs, and the reliability of its Chardonnay cuvées across vintages. Red, white, and rosé: the full range speaks honestly of where it comes from.
