Breeding
100% in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve aromatic brightness.
On the eye
Pale gold with green-tinged reflections; crystalline clarity.
On the nose
Complex aromatic profile: ripe pear and citrus notes meld with subtle toasted and smoky undertones. The bouquet evolves with air, revealing further mineral and herbaceous dimensions.
In the mouth
Vibrant and well-defined, with a remarkable saline character that defines the finish. The wine displays excellent tension and length, with the mineral backbone providing structure and persistence.
M. Francois
A wine of considerable merit alongside shellfish—langoustines and lobster particularly complement its mineral precision and aromatic complexity. The saline character and crisp acidity make it equally rewarding as an aperitif or paired with refined seafood preparations. The 2022 demonstrates the vintage's characteristic clarity without sacrificing the wine's natural complexity.
