Breeding
Ageing on fine lees in stainless steel vats. Domaine Geoffroy typically favours stainless steel for Beauroy to preserve mineral precision, though certain vintages may see discreet oak barrel maturation.
On the eye
Pale golden-white with subtle green glints
On the nose
A luminous bouquet of citrus blossom and white stone fruit, with underlying notes of flint and hazelnut. The aromatics speak of summer mornings and the freshness of the vintage, layered with the complexity that oak ageing imparts.
In the mouth
Broad and well-balanced, the palate demonstrates the perfect equilibrium between power and finesse. Mineral acidity provides structure whilst the mid-palate reveals ripe fruit and subtle oak influence. The finish is clean and persistent, leaving a gourmand impression.
