Breeding
Partial élevage in vat on fine lees, then 25% of the blend in 400L barrel for 2 months to enhance length and complexity.

Pale, luminous appearance with green-tinged reflections, speaking to its youth and vitality.
On the nose
Intense aromas of white flowers, stone fruits and citrus, with subtle herbaceous notes. The bouquet unfolds with appealing complexity, inviting further exploration.
In the mouth
Fresh, lively attack followed by pleasing roundness. The palate reveals peach and apricot flavours with a whisper of sweet almond, concluding with a long, mineral finish.

DOMAINE SOLPAYRE
Domaine Solpayre is a wine estate in Roussillon (Languedoc-Roussillon). The estate works Mediterranean grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre on the schist and granite soils typical of the region. The wines capture the warmth of the Catalan terroir and the freshness brought by altitude. Available at Les Halles de Quercamps.
