Rich and harmonious, with pronounced dark fruit character, violet florality, and a lengthy finish marked by restrained spice and mineral grip.
A wine of substance and balance, suited to charcuterie and cured meats, as well as rustic Mediterranean fare. The demi-muid ageing has softened the tannins whilst preserving freshness. Drink now through 2028.

Famille Fabre is a family wine group based in Languedoc-Roussillon. The family runs several estates across appellations such as Corbières, Minervois and Languedoc. Mediterranean grapes (Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre) make up characterful red, rosé and white wines. Family expertise handed down through several generations.
