Mentholated and balmy character with kumquat, violet, honeysuckle and fresh basil. Inviting and aromatic.

Soft attack, ripe red and black fruit, rounded palate with supple tannins. Fresh, well-balanced finish with good persistence.
I find this wine particularly well-suited to traditional French charcuterie—the soft structure and aromatic profile complement cured meats beautifully. The organic farming speaks to the purity of fruit here. A genuine expression of Languedoc's potential, without pretension.

Famille Fabre is a family wine group based in Languedoc-Roussillon. The family runs several estates across appellations such as Corbières, Minervois and Languedoc. Mediterranean grapes (Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre) make up characterful red, rosé and white wines. Family expertise handed down through several generations.
