Ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel vat.
On the eye
Pale, luminous gold with a hint of green at the rim.
On the nose
Open and expressive. Yellow stone fruits, blackcurrant leaf, violet and honeysuckle emerge with aeration, revealing the wine's aromatic breadth.
In the mouth
Supple and well-rounded on entry. Citrus notes and pronounced minerality provide definition and length, with a clean, persistent finish.

Vignoble Dampt Frères is a family wine estate in Collan, in the Chablis vineyard (Burgundy). Grape: Chardonnay exclusively. Kimmeridgian soils (clay and limestone). Appellations: Chablis, Petit Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, Irancy. Around 35 hectares of vines. Stainless-steel vinification to preserve freshness and minerality.
