DOMAINE DE REUILLY - JOSEPH DE MAISTRE
Spread across 24 hectares of south-facing Kimmeridgian clay-limestone slopes in Reuilly (Indre), this estate produces white, red and rosé wines under the AOC Reuilly. Founded in 1935 by Camille Rousseau, converted to biodynamics by Denis Jamain — Demeter-certified since 2011 — and taken over in 2022 by Joseph and Marie de Maistre, who maintain yields running 30% below the appellation's permitted maximum. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the rigour of its biodynamic viticulture, the precision of its Kimmeridgian terroir and the consistency of a range that speaks clearly of Reuilly's mineral character. A Loire reference we are genuinely proud to list.
