A wine of genuine terroir expression from the southern Rhône

  • The bouquet reveals an appealing aromatic profile, with white flower and coconut water notes that speak to the wine's careful viticulture and thoughtful élevage.
  • Sourced from vines aged between 40 and 50 years, this wine benefits from the depth and complexity that mature rootstock imparts to the fruit.
  • A mineral-driven white with pleasing residual sweetness and a satisfying finish—a wine made to be enjoyed rather than analysed.

In the mouth
The palate is mineral and precise, with a gentle sweetness balanced by acidity. The wine carries good length and a clean, dry finish that lingers pleasantly.
On the nose
White flowers and coconut water dominate the aromatic profile, with subtle citrus undertones that emerge with aeration. The nose is inviting without being showy.
On the eye
Golden hue with pale amber reflections.
M. Francois
This organic Côtes du Rhône blanc pairs naturally with seafood preparations—particularly shellfish dishes such as clams or white fish like sea bream. The wine's mineral character and moderate alcohol (13.5%) make it equally suited to lighter summer fare or as an aperitif wine.
