Viognier and Chardonnay united beneath the moon's glow

  • Drawing on an ancient tradition, Clos Triguedina's Vin de Lune is a singular cuvée harvested at night under moonlight. This unconventional approach preserves the natural acidity of the fruit, yielding a wine of particular freshness and definition.
  • Night harvesting retains the grapes' natural acidity, resulting in a wine that is both lively and harmonious. This makes it an excellent choice for those who appreciate dry white wines of finesse and mineral character.
  • With its crisp, mineral-driven profile, Vin de Lune pairs beautifully with shellfish, grilled fish, poultry and vegetable-based dishes. It is equally suited to refined aperitifs and lighter first courses.

M. Francois
Vin de Lune exemplifies Jean-Luc Baldès' winemaking philosophy: a refreshing, delicate white that balances modern technique with the traditions of south-west France. Its finesse and equilibrium make it an excellent aperitif wine and a natural companion to seafood and lighter dishes. A thoughtful interpretation of what night harvesting can achieve in this distinctive terroir.
