Product features : Clos des Lunes la Petite Lune 2023 — Bordeaux

In the mouth
The palate is soft and rounded, with good acidity providing structure and freshness. The finish is dry and persistent, with lingering stone fruit notes.
On the nose
Aromas of citrus—lemon and grapefruit—mingle with white peach and subtle hints of exotic fruit. The bouquet is clean and inviting, without excessive oak influence.
On the eye
Pale gold in colour, with a bright, clear appearance suggesting careful handling and storage.
M. Francois
This wine pairs admirably with oysters, grilled shad, and aged goat's cheese. It would also complement sole meunière or other delicate fish preparations. Serve chilled, ideally between 8–10°C, and drink within three to five years of vintage for optimal freshness.
