Breeding
Approximately 8 to 10 months in oak barrels, with regular lees stirring to add richness and complexity whilst preserving the freshness of the Sauvignon
On the eye
Pale yellow with golden glints; bright and inviting on the eye.
On the nose
An expressive bouquet offering white flowers, citrus and a subtle hint of vanilla. The aromatics develop with air, revealing layers of complexity.
In the mouth
Well-balanced and lively on the palate, with notes of citrus and white peach. The finish is long and elegant, with good structure and a clean, mineral persistence.
