Breeding
Extended ageing (approximately 12 to 18 months) in French oak barrels of varying vintages to avoid masking the fruit.
On the eye
Deep purple robe with excellent colour intensity and clarity.

A generous bouquet unfolds with dark berries, cassis and black plum, complemented by notes of mocha, cacao and gentle spice. The aromatics are well-defined and inviting.

Fresh and elegant on the attack, with a supple mid-palate. The wine balances ripeness with acidity, delivering a clean, measured finish.
