Breeding
Brief ageing exclusively in stainless steel to preserve the varietal aromas of Rolle and avoid any oak influence that would mask the freshness.
On the eye
Pale gold with subtle rose-petal reflections. Bright and limpid, promising freshness and vitality.
On the nose
Delicate and expressive. Notes of strawberry and raspberry mingle with pink grapefruit and white flowers, whilst a whisper of salinity evokes the Mediterranean coast.
In the mouth
Crisp and animated on the attack. The palate is supple and well-balanced, with pleasing tension and a saline, fruited finish. Thoroughly refreshing and elegant.
M. Francois
The name honours the storied recording studio at Miraval, where Pink Floyd and Sting captured their finest work. This wine embodies that same spirit of creativity and escape—an invitation to simple, stylish moments of leisure and conviviality.
