Breeding
Ageing on fine lees with regular stirring to add richness and structure to the wine
On the eye
Pale, limpid and brilliant, with delicate green-tinged reflections suggesting purity and freshness.
On the nose
Delicate and elegant bouquet. Aromas of green lemon, fresh pear and white flowers are complemented by subtle mineral notes that speak to the wine's Provençal origin.
In the mouth
Tense and vibrant on the palate, with excellent structure and balance. White stone fruits and citrus notes lead to a characteristically saline finish. A dry, precise and refined expression of Rolle.
Serve with gilt-head bream tartare, ceviche, linguine with clams, or fresh goat's cheese. Equally at home as an aperitif on a Mediterranean terrace amongst those who appreciate fine white wine. Best enjoyed within two to three years of vintage.

MIRAVAL
Miraval is a wine estate in Correns (Var), within the Côtes de Provence appellation. Co-owned by Brad Pitt and the Perrin family (Château de Beaucastel), spanning around 500 hectares including 55 hectares of vines. Renowned for its flagship rosé, vinified by Marc Perrin. Grapes: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Rolle. Certified organic.
