On the nose
Fresh and inviting, with delicate aromas of pomelo and red berries that speak to the wine's bright, mineral character and the terroir of Sable de Camargue.
In the mouth
The palate is lively and crisp, with a quenching quality that makes this wine particularly refreshing. Clean acidity and a light touch define the overall impression.
M. Francois
A versatile companion to aperitifs, grilled fish, barbecued fare, and summer salads. Equally at home served chilled on its own as a refreshing aperitif wine. The organic certification and pale, elegant profile make this a thoughtful choice for those seeking quality without pretension.

Nicolas françois, propriétaire passionné des halles de quercamps

CHATEAU PUECH-HAUT

Set on the argilo-calcaire slopes and rolled-pebble soils of Saint-Drézéry, north-east of Montpellier, Château Puech-Haut farms 150 hectares in organic conversion within the Languedoc appellation. Founded in 1980 by Gérard Bru on what was once dense garrigue and olive groves, the estate has steadily established itself as one of the region's most consistent addresses, blending Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre for its reds, and Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier for its whites. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the coherence of its range, the precision of its assemblages, and the fresh momentum brought since 2024 by incoming managing director Arnaud Demongeot. A reliable, characterful choice for those who want the Languedoc at its most complete.
