A Languedoc landmark of refined rosé winemaking

  • A complete wine of gastronomic merit, Argali unites elegance with perfect balance and vibrant fruit expression. This is serious rosé that rewards attention without demanding ceremony.
  • Unlike many rosés confined to summer months, Argali's structure and freshness make it a genuine year-round companion—equally at home in spring as in autumn.
  • Argali embodies the spirit of convivial drinking: light, refreshing, and made for sharing amongst friends and family. A wine that encourages lingering conversation and good humour.

Serve Argali as an aperitif, or alongside grilled fish, barbecued meats, and summer salads. Its versatility extends to lighter Asian cuisine and charcuterie. Equally rewarding enjoyed alone on a warm afternoon. Chill to 8–10°C.

Nicolas françois, propriétaire passionné des halles de quercamps

CHATEAU PUECH-HAUT

Set on the argilo-calcaire slopes and rolled-pebble soils of Saint-Drézéry, north-east of Montpellier, Château Puech-Haut farms 150 hectares in organic conversion within the Languedoc appellation. Founded in 1980 by Gérard Bru on what was once dense garrigue and olive groves, the estate has steadily established itself as one of the region's most consistent addresses, blending Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre for its reds, and Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier for its whites. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the coherence of its range, the precision of its assemblages, and the fresh momentum brought since 2024 by incoming managing director Arnaud Demongeot. A reliable, characterful choice for those who want the Languedoc at its most complete.
