A distinguished Provence rosé of genuine finesse

  • Night harvesting preserves the delicate character of this wine, capturing the subtle aromatics and pale salmon hue that distinguish a refined Provence rosé from the everyday.
  • This is a rosé of genuine pleasure—neither heavy nor overly sweet. It brings a convivial spirit to the table without demanding attention, making it equally at home at aperitif hour or alongside summer fare.
  • Serve it chilled at the apéritif, or pair it with light seasonal dishes—bouillabaisse, grilled fish, or a simple salade niçoise. Its balance and restraint make it remarkably versatile throughout a meal.

Product features : Chateau Roubine la Vie En Rosé 2024 — Châteauneuf-du-Pape

In the mouth
The palate is mature and well-structured, displaying considerable elegance. Pure and savoury, with a fine bitter note on the finish that adds definition and length to the overall impression.
On the nose
The bouquet reveals a pleasing complexity: fresh vine leaves, citrus notes, and a crystalline minerality that speaks to the terroir of Provence and the careful handling of the fruit.
On the eye
A luminous pale salmon robe, reflecting the wine's inherent delicacy and lightness.
Breeding
Careful élevage in stainless steel vats to preserve freshness and fruit expression.
M. Francois
This Château Roubine demonstrates the quality that Provence rosé can achieve when made with proper attention to detail. It will serve admirably as an apéritif wine, and pairs particularly well with bouillabaisse and other Mediterranean seafood preparations. A wine of genuine character rather than mere fashion.

CHATEAU ROUBINE

Set in Lorgues, in the Var, Château Roubine farms 72 hectares of Côtes de Provence on clay-limestone soils, cultivated entirely in Demeter-certified biodynamics. The estate's history stretches back to the fourteenth century — first as a Templar holding, then under the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem — before Valérie Rousselle took ownership in 1994 and began a methodical conversion to organic and biodynamic farming, earning both AB and Demeter certification in 2017. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the rigour of its biodynamic approach, the breadth of its encépagement — Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Rolle, Tibouren, Cinsault — and the precision it brings to all three colours. A serious address for those who seek Provence at its most demanding.
