DOMAINE LA BOUYSSE

Based at Saint-André-de-Roquelongue in the Aude, Domaine la Bouysse farms 40 hectares across two contrasting Corbières terroirs: sandy sandstone soils around Fontfroide and clay-limestone at Boutenac. Fourth-generation vignerons Martine Pagès and Christophe Molinier took over in 1996, leaving the local cooperative to vinify their own fruit — and committed to organic farming from 2010, earning AB certification in 2013. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the rigour of its certified organic viticulture, the breadth of its southern grape varieties, and the precision with which it captures two distinct faces of the Corbières appellation. Characterful reds, aromatic whites and honest rosés well worth the attention of any serious Languedoc enthusiast.
