- Domaine des Roches Neuves has been farmed organically since the late 1990s and biodynamically since the early 2000s. Thierry Germain, sixth-generation vigneron, brings Bordeaux rigour to Loire terroir.
- Clos de l'Echelier expresses the brightness of Cabernet Franc with considerable finesse. The wine balances fruit intensity with structural elegance, revealing the careful hand of biodynamic viticulture.
- This cuvée rewards patience. The wine gains complexity and refinement with time, developing deeper layers whilst maintaining its characteristic freshness and poise.

Domaine des Roches Neuves is a wine estate in the Saumur-Champigny appellation (Loire Valley), run by Thierry Germain. Around 28 hectares farmed biodynamically. Main grapes: Cabernet Franc (reds) and Chenin Blanc (whites). Limestone tuffeau soils. Cuvées: Terres Chaudes, Marginale, Franc de Pied. Wines of great precision and fine depth.
