Breeding
Aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, imparting fine aromatic complexity and subtle oak character.

Intense ruby robe with brilliant luminosity, revealing violet and cherry hues.

Aromatic complexity: red and dark fruits—blackcurrant, blueberry, cherry, blackberry, raspberry—with floral notes of violet and peony, alongside cedar, mint, white pepper and clove.

Domaine des Roches Neuves is a wine estate in the Saumur-Champigny appellation (Loire Valley), run by Thierry Germain. Around 28 hectares farmed biodynamically. Main grapes: Cabernet Franc (reds) and Chenin Blanc (whites). Limestone tuffeau soils. Cuvées: Terres Chaudes, Marginale, Franc de Pied. Wines of great precision and fine depth.
