Breeding
Aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, imparting fine aromatic complexity and subtle oak character.
On the eye
Intense ruby robe with violet and cherry hues, offering luminous clarity and brightness.
On the nose
Ripe red and dark fruits—cassis, blueberry, cherry, blackberry, raspberry—mingle with floral notes of violet and peony. Subtle spice, cedar, mint and clove complete the bouquet.
In the mouth
Bergamot and eucalyptus aromas emerge on the palate, supported by fine-grained, elegant tannins that provide structure without heaviness.

Domaine des Roches Neuves is a wine estate in the Saumur-Champigny appellation (Loire Valley), run by Thierry Germain. Around 28 hectares farmed biodynamically. Main grapes: Cabernet Franc (reds) and Chenin Blanc (whites). Limestone tuffeau soils. Cuvées: Terres Chaudes, Marginale, Franc de Pied. Wines of great precision and fine depth.
