Breeding
In stainless steel exclusively, with early bottling to retain the natural carbonation that enhances freshness
On the eye
A crystalline robe with delicate salmon-pink reflections.
On the nose
Fragrant aromas of rose petals and red berries, with subtle floral notes that develop as the wine opens.
In the mouth
Fresh and generous on the palate, with flavours reminiscent of English sweets and wild strawberry. A wine of balance and charm.
M. Francois
Anjolia represents a well-executed example of Anjou's tender rosé style. The winemaking shows restraint and precision. This wine pairs naturally with spiced dishes or, as tradition suggests, a strawberry soup. A versatile companion to summer dining.

DOMAINE SAGET LA PERRIERE

Based in Pouilly-sur-Loire since 1790, Domaine Saget la Perrière spans 360 hectares across the Loire Valley's finest appellations, from the Kimmeridgian clays of Pouilly to the flint soils of Sancerre. Now in its ninth generation, Jean-Louis, Arnaud and Laurent Saget have steered the entire estate to organic certification and HVE, working with Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the rigour of its organic commitment at scale, the clarity of its terroir expression, and the consistent quality of its whites across Pouilly and Sancerre. A dependable Loire reference, equally at home in the cellar or on the table.
