Product features : Vignoble Dampt Freres Petit Chablis Vieilles Vignes 2023

Breeding
Malolactic fermentation completed in full and aged 8 months in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
On the eye
Brilliant pale yellow hue with greenish glints
On the nose
Iodine and liquorice notes mingle with bright lemon zest, whilst delicate herbal and tisane-like aromas add further complexity and intrigue to the bouquet.
In the mouth
Mineral and chalky on the palate, with good length and a fruited finish touched by liquorice. The wine displays the classic tension and purity expected from this terroir.
M. Francois
This Petit Chablis pairs beautifully with lighter seafood preparations—frog's legs showcase its delicate minerality particularly well, whilst the wine's crisp acidity and herbal notes complement sushi and sashimi with considerable elegance. An excellent aperitif wine.
