Eight generations of Provençal winemaking in a single vineyard
- La Cigale represents the accumulated knowledge and dedication of eight generations of the Gavoty family, whose vineyard in Cabasse has stood since 1806. This is winemaking rooted in place and continuity.
- A dry, fresh white of genuine balance and vivacity. The Rolle grape—known elsewhere as Vermentino—expresses itself with clarity and restraint, neither overwrought nor austere.
- Produced entirely from the Rolle variety, cultivated on a single, unified parcel undergoing organic conversion. The terroir of Vin de Pays du Var imparts characteristic freshness and mineral character.
