Twelve months' élevage on fine lees in 228-litre barrels (one quarter new oak, one quarter two-year-old wood, one half three-year-old wood)

Delicate citrus notes combined with white stone fruits—pear and peach—with subtle mineral undertones characteristic of Vouvray
In the mouth
The palate is frank and finely balanced, with gentle citrus character. The finish develops progressively in volume and length, revealing subtle oak and vanilla notes that complement rather than dominate
A distinguished accompaniment to noble seafood: lobster, scallops, and similar dishes where the wine's crisp acidity and mineral character will enhance rather than overpower. Also suited to refined fish preparations and lighter poultry dishes.
